    Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 214 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting of 28 November 2023 has adopted the Central Coast Section 7.12 Local Infrastructure Contribution Plan 2023.The Central Coast Section 7.12 Local Infrastructure Contribution Plan 2023, applies to the Central Coast Local Government Area and repeals and replaces the following plans:•    Central Coast Regional Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plan 2019•    Shirewide Infrastrucutre, Services and Facilities Development Contributions Plan•    Civic Improvement PlanThe Central Coast Section 7.12 Local Infrastructure Contribution Plan will become effective from Monday 29th January 2024.David FarmerChief Executive Officer
