In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease out part of 109 McEvoy Avenue UMINA BEACH. The land will be used for the operation of a telecommunications facility under The Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth). The term of the lease will be 5 years following which a further term will be entered into for a further term of 5 years subject to satisfactory performance of the initial lease. The land will be leased to Indara Corporation Pty Ltd.

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed lease arrangements, your submission must be in writing, and it must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council.
