Customer Service Centres

Central Coast Council's main customer service centres are located at 2 Hely Street Wyong, Australia and 91-99 Mann Street, Gosford, Australia. Both are open from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Council’s online services provide you with a way to complete every day interactions without having to pick up the phone or visit one of our customer service centres.

Lodge your enquiries and requests using this online portal. For urgent issues (broken water mains, severe road damage etc), please call us immediately.

Media Enquiries
This form is for media to submit an enquiry for response from Council’s communications and media officer during business hours.

For urgent issues (broken water mains, severe road damage etc.), please call us immediately. All non-urgent issues and requests can be lodged by using this online portal.
