In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease out part of Peninsula Leisure Centre located at 243A Blackwall Road, Woy Woy.
Permitted use: Kiosk/café/takeaway - Sale of food and beverages only (no alcohol), servicing visitors to the Peninsula Leisure Centre, Woy Woy.
The term of the lease will be 3 years. The land will be leased to Archana & Zeah Pty Ltd.
If you wish to make a submission about the proposed lease arrangements, your submission must be in writing, and it must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council.
