Public Notice: Proposed lease over community land: Part of 43 Algwen Rd NORTH GOSFORD (Also known as Dolly Avenue SPRINGFIELD)

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease out part of 43 Algwen Road, NORTH GOSFORD (Also known as Dolly Avenue SPRINGFIELD). The land will be used for the operation of a telecommunications facility under The Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth). The term of the initial lease will be 5 years. At the expiry of the initial lease, a further lease will be entered into for an additional term of 5 years subject to satisfactory performance of the initial lease. The land will be leased to Telstra Limited.
