This public notice is given in relation to the recent acquisition by Central Coast Council of land at 235 Scenic Drive, Colongra. 

In relation to the acquisition, Council has resolved as follows:

That Council gives public notice in accordance with the provisions of Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 (LG Act) of its intention to classify the following land when acquired as operational land, in accordance with Council’s decision of 31 October 2023:

• Lot 500 DP 755266

• Lot 501 DP 755266

The purpose of the acquisition is for public recreation purposes, including the provision of community sporting fields and other recreation improvements.

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, submissions may be made to Council from 8 May 2025 to 6 June 2025 about the proposed classification.
