Public Notice: Proposed licence over Crown Land – 65 Sydney Avenue UMINA BEACH

Under provisions of the Local Government Act 1993 – Section 47, Central Coast Council is required to give Public Notice for a proposed licence over the part of the land located in Umina Recreation Precinct used for the purposes of Outdoor dining associated with Jasmine Greens Café. The land will be licensed to Gabrielle Greyem for a period of 1 year.
