Public Notice: Proposed Licence over community land - 31 Melville Street, Kincumber

In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to licence Part of 31 Melville Street, Kincumber NSW 2251 (also known as Lot 2 in DP717496). The land will be used for the purpose of 'Dog obedience training and agility'. The total term for which the land will be licensed is 3 years and the land will be licensed to Central Coast Dog Obedience Training Club Inc.

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed licence arrangements, your submission should be in writing, and it should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council. Please quote the following reference number - F2025/00913.
