In accordance with Sections 47 and 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease part of the property known as Soldiers Beach Kiosk, trading as Surfside Snax, at 120 Soldiers Point Drive, NORAH HEAD (also known as part Lot 7338 in DP 1157063). The land will be used for the purpose of Café including service of takeaway food and drinks. The total term for which the land will be leased is 5 years.

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed lease arrangements, your submission should be in writing, and it should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council.
