In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to licence Part of 51 Chambers Place, Woy Woy (also known as Lot 1 in DP656550). The land will be used for the purpose of a 'youth training facility and associated activities for youth development'. The total term for which the land will be licensed is 5 years and the land will be licensed to Regional Youth Support Services Inc.
