Water and Sewer Community Engagement and Education Approach

The Water and Sewer Community Engagement and Education Approach sets out how Central Coast Council will engage, communicate, educate and continue to improve our water and sewer services.

The Approach has been informed through Council’s targeted engagement with the community, ‘Improving your water and sewer services’.

This work continues our focus of placing the customer at the centre of everything Council does to deliver on today’s water and sewer needs and prepare for the future.

The Approach will be regularly reviewed to ensure it is adapted to respond to emerging changes in service delivery.
