The following payment options are available to pay your council rates, water or other accounts.

Credit card (phone and online)

To pay online, use our e-Council Service.

To pay over the phone, call 1300 660 731. You may wish to have a pen ready to record the receipt number, which will be provided once your payment has been approved.

MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted.

Direct debit

Payment of rates and water accounts may be made by direct debit from your savings or cheque account. By lodging an application, your future rate instalments and water accounts will be automatically deducted from your nominated account as they are due.

Simply download and complete a  Request for Direct Debit and return by mail to PO Box 21 Gosford NSW 2250, email ask@centralcoast.nsw.gov.au or drop in to a Customer Service Centre.

BPay

Most banks, building societies and credit unions now accept BPay via telephone or online. Payments can be made directly from your cheque, savings or credit card account. Contact your financial institution to link your accounts to BPay. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

Payments can be made at any time but those made outside of normal business hours may not be processed by your financial institution until the close of business on the following business day.

Australia Post

Payment of rates and water accounts may be made at any Australia Post office during normal business hours using the pre-encoded deposit slip.

Payment by mail

Simply make your cheque payable to Central Coast Council and send it along with the payment slip at the bottom of your rates or water account to PO Box 21, Gosford NSW 2250.

Please note: receipts are not issued for payments received through the mail.

Deposit box

During business hours, payment can be made by placing your cheque with payment details into the deposit box located on the ground floor of the administration building at 49 Mann St Gosford. No receipt will be issued using this method of payment.

Central Coast Council offices

Pay in person at our Customer Contact Centre (8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday) located at 49 Mann Street Gosford or at one of our Council Services Centres located in Erina Library at The Hive or Woy Woy Library (9:30am-5pm Monday to Friday). Payment by cash, cheque, credit card, EFTPOS and debit card is accepted at these locations.
