Payment options

There are different ways to pay your rates:

In person

Pay in person at our Customer Contact Centre (8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday) located at 2 Hely Street Wyong Payment by credit card , Cheque, EFTPOS and credit debit cards accepted

At Australia Post

Payment of rates and water accounts can be made at any Australia Post office during normal business hours using the pre-encoded deposit slip. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or EFTPOS.

Phone payment

To pay over the phone, call 1300 936 108. You may wish to have a pen ready to record the receipt number, which will be provided once your payment has been approved.

MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted.

Direct Debit

Payment of rates and water accounts may be made by direct debit from your savings or cheque account. By lodging an application, your future rate instalments and water accounts will be automatically deducted from your nominated account as they are due.

Simply download and complete a  Request for Direct Debit Form and return by mail to PO Box 20 Wyong NSW 2259, email ask@centralcoast.nsw.gov.au or drop in to a Customer Service Centre.

BPAY

Contact your participating financial institution to make this payment from cheque, savings, or credit card account

Pay by Post

Make your cheque payable to Central Coast Council and send it along with the payment slip at the bottom of your rates or water account to PO Box 20, Wyong NSW 2259.

Please note: receipts are not issued for payments received through the mail

To pay your rates/water directly from your Centrelink account please visit Centrelink. Go to Centrelink.
