Registration of Health Premises - Hair, skin and beauty

Use this form to register various types of regulated health premises including Hairdressers, Beauty Salons, Skin Penetration businesses, Swimming Pools and/or Public Spa Pools, and Cooling Towers / Warm Water Systems with Central Coast Council.

This form is to be completed and submitted to Council prior to operation of health premises or change of operator of the business.

There is no fee to register. A service fee may apply to inspections for regulated premises. All fees and charges are reviewed annually under Council’s management plan and be viewed at https://www.centralcoast.nsw.gov.au/about-council/council/forms-and-publications/delivery-program-and-operational-plan

Significant Tree Nomination

The process to nominate a tree for listing on Councils Significant Tree register is:

  1. Take clear photos of the whole tree and its setting
  1. Complete all sections of the Significant Tree Nomination Form and submit to Council together with the photos of the tree
  1. A Council Officer will review the Significant Tree application and list private land trees on the Significant Tree Register provided all application fields are completed and required information is provided, or
  1. If the tree is on Council owned land a Council arborist with minimum qualification AQF 5 will assess the application, the condition of the tree and its significance in the landscape
  1. Where Council owned trees may fit the heritage criteria, then the application will be referred to Councils Heritage Officer for comment
  1. If determined suitable for inclusion by the Council officer, the nominated Council owned tree will be added to the Significant Tree Register
  1. Residents will be advised in writing of the outcome of a Significant Tree application
  1. The Significant Tree list will be updated, and the Significant Tree Register on Councils website will be updated at six-month intervals with revised listings

Temporary and Mobile Food Business Notification

Any temporary or mobile food business must notify Central Coast Council if it intends to conduct business at any event within the Central Coast local government area. A notification fee is not charged, however, where an inspection is conducted, an inspection fee may be invoiced following the event.

You are required to:

  1. Submit the Notification Form. Note, no fee is required until you have been inspected.
  2. Comply with the requirements of the NSW Food Act 2003, NSW Food Regulation 2015, Australian New Zealand Food Standards Code and relevant guidelines,
  3. Display the Council Approval to Operate in your stall at the event, and
  4. Pay any inspection fees that may be invoiced after the event.

Please note, if your food business is resident in a Council area other than Central Coast, a copy of an inspection report, i.e. the FPAR report dated within the past 12 months is required to be submitted with the notification form. Not-for-profit fundraising organisations are still required to submit a Notification Form.

The Central Coast Regional Sporting and Recreation Complex Application Form

The Central Coast Regional Sporting & Recreation Complex (The Complex) is a high quality, multi-use facility designed to accommodate regionally significant, mass participation sporting and recreational events and bring social, health and economic benefits for the local and wider community.

Please familiarise yourself with the submission timeframes required for the different category of events – refer to the Venue and Event guidelines.

You will need to complete the online application form and provide the supporting documentation as described below. Once captured, your submission will be directed automatically. It will be processed for approval within the timeframes shown in the guidelines. Once the application is approved and the booking confirmed, you will be sent an approval letter, conditions of use and an invoice as may be appropriate.

Weddings and Functions - Gosford Regional Gallery and Edogawa Commemorative Garden

Bookings can be made for a maximum period of one and a half hours; this includes allocated time for set up and photography. Bookings are made in two hour time slots to avoid events clashing. Events concluding after 4.30pm will require additional staffing and may incur an additional fee.
