The Gosford Regional Gallery and Edogawa Garden provide the perfect setting for a range of activities, from a stunning wedding location, to corporate functions, affordable meeting rooms and commuity workshops
Weddings
The garden offers a beautiful outdoor venue for weddings and other functions. Weddings are normally held in the Koi Pavilion, which provides limited shelter. This space is suitable for small intimate weddings, naming ceremonies and other functions. The surrounding outdoor space is large enough to cater for wedding parties of up to 150 people.
As the garden is a gift to the people of Gosford, public access throughout normal opening times 9.30am - 4.30pm must be maintained. Wedding parties and other special events do not have exclusive use during these hours. After hours events may be held for an additional fee.
Fee
The hire fee is $530 for a one and a half hour booking, this includes set up and photography. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
Set up
A table for signing the registry along with limited seating (max 10 chairs) are available as part of your booking. Additional set up requirements need to be discussed with the Gallery. External decorations and furniture may be used. Confetti, rice, party poppers, rose petals and fireworks are not permitted in the gallery or garden at anytime.

Wet weather
As the garden is primarily an outdoor venue, event organisers should be prepared for the possibility of inclement weather. There are several options, the outdoor Koi pavilion is a sheltered structure which accommodates up to 25 people the outdoor tea house offers more protection and accommodates up to 25-40 people standing other spaces in the gallery building need to be booked and may incur an additional fee.

The versatile open-plan Foyer is a unique space located within the Gosford Regional Gallery building.
A backdrop of high quality art, combined with the visual connection to the peaceful natural foliage of the attached Japanese garden, creates an elegant and refreshing space with a unique ambience. The setting is perfectly suited to a wide variety of events.

Studios
The Art Centre is an ideal space for community groups, workshops and presentation. It comprises of two studio rooms which can each be configured in a number of ways, holding up to 60 people (lecture style) or 24 people (workshop style). Studio 2 is a rectangular shaped room with a sink and direct access to toilet facillities.Studio 3 is mainly used for art classes. Both studios are equiped with 12 trestle tables and chairs and white boards. The art centre also has a small meeting room that backs onto the back of the garden that can take up to 10 people comfortably and is equiped with a small kitchenette.
