Stat Dec Permission for Interment Application
This form should be completed by an executor or nearest surviving relative of the deceased or other proper person to give permission for Interment.

Temporary and Mobile Food Business Notification Form
Any temporary or mobile food business must notify Central Coast Council if it intends to conduct business at any event within the Central Coast local government area. A notification fee is not charged, however, where an inspection is conducted, an inspection fee may be invoiced following the event.
You are required to:
- Submit the Notification Form. Note, no fee is required until you have been inspected.
- Comply with the requirements of the NSW Food Act 2003, NSW Food Regulation 2015, Australian New Zealand Food Standards Code and relevant guidelines,
- Display the Council Approval to Operate in your stall at the event, and
- Pay any inspection fees that may be invoiced after the event.
Please note, if your food business is resident in a Council area other than Central Coast, a copy of an inspection report, i.e. the FPAR report dated within the past 12 months is required to be submitted with the notification form. Not-for-profit fundraising organisations are still required to submit a Notification Form.
Temporary Road Closure
Temporary road closure application for Events such as Street Parties or Fairs to be held on a Council Road or Footpath (not for rolling closures like fun runs which are administered by Police.
Temporary Road Closure Application Form Short Term - Less than 24 hours - North Application
Temporary Road Closure Application Form Short term (less than 24 hours). This form is required to be submitted at least 12 weeks prior to the required date. Fees payable on lodgement.
This form is for the Northern area customers.
The Central Coast Regional Sporting and Recreation Complex Application Form
The Central Coast Regional Sporting & Recreation Complex (The Complex) is a high quality, multi-use facility designed to accommodate regionally significant, mass participation sporting and recreational events and bring social, health and economic benefits for the local and wider community.
Please familiarise yourself with the submission timeframes required for the different category of events – refer to the Venue and Event guidelines.
You will need to complete the online application form and provide the supporting documentation as described below. Once captured, your submission will be directed automatically. It will be processed for approval within the timeframes shown in the guidelines. Once the application is approved and the booking confirmed, you will be sent an approval letter, conditions of use and an invoice as may be appropriate.
- Determine which areas/sports fields you would like to book for your event
- Complete the online Event Application Form
- Complete the Risk Management Plan
- Complete the Environmental Risk Assessment
- Scan your Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance
Water Meter Test - Application for Workshop Testing
For customers who would like their meter tested for accuracy. If you believe your water meter is inaccurate, you can request to have it tested.

Statement of available pressure flows required for design flows for fire fighting requirements (hydraulic consultants).

Bookings can be made for a maximum period of one and a half hours; this includes allocated time for set up and photography. Bookings are made in two hour time slots to avoid events clashing. Events concluding after 4.30pm will require additional staffing and may incur an additional fee.
