Council is not the authorising agency for some private properties for approval of either tree, or vegetation clearing. Land within any of the following requires approval from the relevant authority. Council cannot issue permits for trees or vegetation that is located within the land identified below. Residents should check to see if their property or activity falls within the items listed below.

Clearing or removal of vegetation on Deferred Matters Land
