  • Train anytime with our convenient 24-hour gym access is available to all* Gold, Gym & Fitness and Fitness Passport members 17 years and over. Purchase your access token for $36.00 at reception, or pre-purchase online.

    *Members are required to pass a basic health questionnaire and sign our 24-Hour Access Agreement

  • Our gym is equipped with modern Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment as well as a range of free weights and functional equipment. 

  • We offer a unique Member Care Program which is free for members. Starting with an initial fitness assessment and goal setting appointment when you join, take advantage of results-oriented personalised programming and ongoing support and guidance for the life of your membership.

  • Over 50 group fitness and aqua fitness classes are available per week, from Les Mills to Spin to Pilates and Yoga. Download our current group fitness timetable or to book a class visit our Online Self-Service.

  • Les Mills Virtual Studio is now available, offering both scheduled classes and on-demand. Enjoy life-sized cinematic recordings of your favourite Les Mills classes. Fully integrated with the studio sound system Les Mills Virtual delivers the best quality virtual fitness classes on the market. Join a scheduled class or play your own on-demand – the choice is yours!

  • Personal training is available from as little as $56.00 per hour. To inquire about personal training please see staff or email 

  • We offer an extensive program for the over 50s. From our gym-based Senior Strength* sessions to aqua fitness and group fitness classes, there is something to suit the regular exerciser as well as those who’ve never exercised before.
