Take your new wheels for a spin

Did you score a new set of wheels for Christmas? Then why not take your bike, scooter, board or skates for a spin along one of our shared pathways with your family and friends.

We manage and maintain more than 1,030kms of pathways including 278km of shared pathways across the region where you can walk, run, cycle or skate!

Our shared pathways are for everyone, so when walking on our shared pathways, remember to keep to the left, listen for cyclists’ bells, and keep dogs on short leashes. If you’re a cyclist, sound your bell before passing and pass on the right with a one metre gap, if possible. Please remember to always wear a helmet.

Take an adventure on your new set of wheels and explore some of the Central Coast’s most popular and scenic shared pathway routes at:

  • Woy Woy waterfront
  • Brisbane Water foreshore, Woy Woy to Point Clare
  • Gosford Waterfront
  • Ettalong Beach to Ocean Beach
  • Kincumber to Davistown foreshore
  • Budgewoi foreshore, Budgewoi to San Remo
  • Tuggerah Lake foreshore, Chittaway Bay to The Entrance
  • Magenta shared path, The Entrance North to Magenta
  • Tuggerawong foreshore.

Along these shared pathways, you’ll find areas to take a break and enjoy a play space or picnic.

Let’s keep shared pathways as they have been intended; as a shared, welcoming and safe place for everyone to enjoy.

Explore the Central Coast from a different angle this summer and discover a shared pathway near you.

We also have a number of skate parks and BMX facilities too where you can test out those new wheels – discover a new one today!
