Our Property and Payments online portal will be unavailable from 3pm on Monday, 30 June until 9am on Wednesday, 2 July 2025.  

This planned annual outage allows for critical end of financial year system update to occur.

This means that:

• Online payments will not be available during this time. However, alternate payment methods are available. 
• Property certificate orders and certain licensing applications will be unavailable during this outage period.  For example, conveyancing certificates, application for license of mobile food business.  

Full functionality will resume following this short outage period.
