In line with the NSW Government’s further easing restrictions of COVID-19 restrictions, our Gosford and Wyong administration offices have reopened from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday for customer service transactions.
Customer service points are also available at five libraries: Erina, Lake Haven, The Entrance, Tuggerah and Woy Woy.
Customers who want to discuss planning matters can visit a Town Planner at the Gosford or Wyong offices.
Over the counter duty planning enquiries are available at the following times:
- 49 Mann Street, Gosford: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-1pm
- 2 Hely Street, Wyong: Tuesday and Thursday 10am-1pm
- Each session with Town Planner at the abovementioned times may be limited to a maximum of 15 minutes (subject to availability).
- A Building Surveyor and Development Engineer are also available during the above-mentioned times and can be contacted by calling 1300 463 954. An appointment to speak with a Building Surveyor and/or a Development Engineer can be organised (subject to availability). These appointments are only carried out via Microsoft Teams (ie: remotely).
- Customers who wish to seek clarification regarding any planning, building surveying or engineering matter can create an account and submit an enquory via our 24/7 Customer Service Centre.

Customer service points are now cashless
All our customer service points are now cashless to eliminate the handling of notes and coins. AMEX is no longer available at our facilities. Instead, you can use cheque, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa and Bpay at our facilities. Cash transactions can be made at Australia Post.
