A range of Council services are available at Erina, Lake Haven, The Entrance, Tuggerah and Woy Woy. Pay your rates, register your dog or cat and lodge a general enquiry.

Justices of the Peace

Members of the NSW Justices' Association visit our libraries each week to witness signatures and certify documents free of charge.

Volunteer Justices of the Peace will be having a break over the Christmas period

The final JP services for Lake Haven Library, Toukley Library and Tuggerah Library will be the week concluding Saturday 15 December 2018. Services for these branches will resume the week beginning Monday 7 January 2019.

The final JP services for Kincumber Library and Umina Library will be the week concluding Saturday 22 December and resume Monday 7 January 2019 for Umina Library and Friday 11 January 2019 for Kincumber Library.

Please note at Lake Haven, The Entrance and Tuggerah libraries there is a limit of $20 for cash receipts at the libraries. You can still pay for your rates and other fees and charges at our libraries using EFPTOS, accepted credit cards, cheque and money orders. Credit Cards accepted at all Council offices are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
