Central Coast Council invites you to visit Mangrove Creek Dam Visitors Centre during the winter school holidays for our Mini Dam Discovery Day – A School Holiday Adventure!
When: 9am-3pm, Wednesday 16 July 2025
Where: Mangrove Creek Dam Visitors Centre - Mangrove Dam Road, Kulnura
Drive out to Mangrove Creek Dam Visitor Centre for a great day out. Our water education team will be on site sharing how water makes its way from the catchment to your tap across the Central Coast. Kids (and adults) will love the interactive displays inside the Visitor Centre, and with playgrounds, picnic areas and free BBQs on site – it’s the perfect winter day out for all ages.
Bring a picnic lunch, stop in at one of the many nearby cafes, or pack a BBQ to enjoy the facilities. And don’t forget your camera – the views over the dam are spectacular!
Mini Dam Discovery Day: Dam Wall Tours - Booking Essential
For an unforgettable experience, jump on a mini-bus tour to explore the Dam Wall and Intake Tower up close.
Dam Wall Tour Times:
- 9.30am
- 10.30am
- 11.30am
- 1.00pm
- 2.00pm
Each tour runs for approx. 45 minutes. Tour bookings are essential. Limited spaces available – book now to avoid missing out!

Can’t make it on the 16th? The Visitor's Centre is open daily from 9am to 5pm (closed Christmas Day).
