Come along to this free, family friendly, school holiday activity and learn about waterwise gardening. With Summer soon arriving, learn how to maintain a healthy garden with some easy, low cost waterwise strategies.

Using upcycled materials, we will be making and planting out a wicking garden bed for each household to take home (1 x wicking garden bed per household). Wicking garden beds store water within their base so the soil can absorb what it needs whilst eliminating runoff or evaporation. They also catch and retain water when it rains.

Single person households, through to families with children, are all welcome to participate. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
