Part of 67 Grevillea Cres Berkeley Vale

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease out part of 67 Grevillea Cres Berkeley Vale (also known as lot 107 in DP28859). The land will be used for the purpose of Community garden, nature play activitied, bush regeneration activities and educational programs. The total term for which the land will be leased is 5 years and the land will be leased to Berkeley Vale Neighbourhood Centre.

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed lease arrangements, your submission should be in writing, and it should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council. Please quote the following reference number – F2006/00266.
