Part of 6 Waratah Rd Mangrove Mountain

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease out part of 6 Waratah Rd Mangrove Mountain (also known as lot 1 in DP600207). The land will be used for the purpose of Community-based computer technology programs and activities. The total term for which the land will be leased is 5 years and the land will be leased to Community Technology Centre at Mangrove Mountain Incorporated.

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed lease arrangements, your submission should be in writing, and it should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council. Please quote the following reference number – F2025/00670.
