26 Kareelah Ave Berkeley Vale

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease out 26 Kareelah Ave Berkeley Vale (also known as lot 1 in DP788563). The land will be used for purpose of Operating a child care centre for preschool age children. The total term for which the land will be leased is 10 years and the land will be leased to Berkeley Vale Pre-School Kindergarten Incorporated.

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed lease arrangements, your submission should be in writing, and it should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council.  Please quote the following reference number – F2004/09094.
