NOTICE: The below community flood debrief session will now be led by the NSW SES and supported by Central Coast Council.

Local residents, business and organisations are invited to attend two facilitated, community flood-forums at Berkeley Vale and Tacoma to discuss flooding which has impacted Chittaway Bay, Chittaway Point, Berkeley Vale and Tuggerah Lakes.

This is your opportunity to help inform Local and State Government on how your community can be assisted in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from floods.

Red Cross Australia will also be holding some fun exercises to keep the children entertained during the forum.

  • Berkeley Neighbourhood Centre (3 Heather Ave, Glenning Valley): Saturday 22 October, 12pm -2.30pm
  • Wyongah Progress Association Hall (159A Tuggerawong Rd, Wyongah): Saturday 22 October, 3.30pm-5.30pm
  • POSTPONED EVENT: San Remo Neighbourhood Centre (28 Brava Ave, San Remo): Saturday 8 October, 10am to 11.30am

Please note, this will be an in-person event only. No RSVPs are required.

Come along, share your feedback, and learn how to keep being prepared for future events.
