DID YOU KNOW?
Council Officers routinely inspect the road and drainage network and associated infrastructure, such as line marking, signage, guardrail, street furniture and vegetation, with any defects identified scheduled for repairs in accordance with our current service levels and on a priority risk basis.

When a defect is identified it is captured in Council’s Electronic Maintenance Management System and is prioritised on a risk basis in consideration of the defect severity to allow for efficient and effective maintenance activity planning.

Residents are also encouraged to report any specific maintenance or safety concerns, such as defects, to Council for investigation by accessing Council’s online Customer Service Centre - https://centralcoastcouncil.custhelp.com. Individual enquiries will be investigated by the appropriate Council Officer with a direct response provided.
