POSSIBLE DISCOLOURED WATER NOTICE

A water outage occurred this morning at Point Clare and Tascott, which since been restored.

However there is the potential for discoloured water today for residents on:
•    Brisbane Water Dr, Point Clare
•    Broadwater St, Point Clare
•    Coogee Rd, Point Clare
•    Hughes St, Point Clare
•    Nioka Ave, Point Clare
•    Penang St, Point Clare
•    Scott St, Point Clare
•    Takari Ave, Point Clare
•    Glenrock Pde, Tascott
•    The Broadwaters, Tascott

If you do experience discoloured water, run the front garden tap into a bucket for 30 seconds to check if the water clears. Your water will usually clear but if not please wait one hour and repeat the process. If your water is still discoloured after one hour, please give us a call on 4306 7900.

If your water becomes discoloured during a washing cycle, we advise that you leave your clothes wet and to rewash them after the water clears to minimise the risk of staining. If you have wet clothes that have already gone through a wash, advice would be to leave immersed in water rather than to dry out and rewash once the water has run clear.
