From now until 30 June you can have your say on the revised plan for developer contributions on the Central Coast.

Local infrastructure contributions (also known as Development contributions) are charged by Council when new development occurs and are used to fund local infrastructure needed to support population growth.

This includes:

  • sport grounds, parks and playspaces
  • skateparks and tennis facilities
  • community facilities and local centres
  • cycleways, road and transport projects

This year’s plan will also replace three additional plans to allow for a more efficient collection of contributions in the affected areas.  These plans have been identified due to superseding projected population growth.

Review the draft and have your say.
