Rate and Water payment for ANZ banking customers: from 30 August 2025 ANZ will deactivate BPAY View. This only applies to ANZ banking customers who want to use their BPAY VIEW service, however, does not affect customers using BPAY. Please contact ANZ directly for further details. Important notice - Gosford Customer Service Centre relocation

The Gosford Customer Service Centre on Mann St, Gosford will close at 2pm on Friday 5 September to prepare for its exciting move into the new Gosford Regional Library.

We’ll reopen at our new location in the Library building on Monday 8 September, operating as usual.

If you need in person assistance on the Friday afternoon, please visit Woy Woy Library or the Wyong Customer Service Centre, 2 Hely Street, Wyong. Alternatively, you can call Customer Service on (02) 4306 7900.

For non-urgent enquiries, you can contact Council 24/7 via our online Customer Service Centre to submit requests, report issues or provide feedback.
