Exciting improvements are coming to James Browne Oval in Woy Woy, with construction now underway to upgrade the carpark and install new lighting.

The project will deliver a new resurfaced carpark designed to improve safety, accessibility, and the overall experience for everyone who uses the sports fields and surrounding facilities.

Works are expected to be completed in early 2026.

While construction is in progress, the carpark will be closed to the public. Alternative parking is available nearby:
•    The carpark off Fairview Street
•    Behind the Peninsula Leisure Centre

Located on Welcome Street, James Browne Oval is home to three sports fields and is proudly shared by Central Coast Football and Central Coast Cricket. It’s a much-loved space for local athletes, families, and the wider community.

This project is jointly funded by Central Coast Council and the Australian Government.
