Delivery Plan

Council have now published the first Central Coast Council Water and Sewer Delivery Plan 2022-2026, a requirement under IPART’s Water and Sewer Determination, released in May 2022.

This report, in addition to the Performance Report, were key recommendations in IPART’s Improving Performance Information Paper.

It demonstrates our commitment to transparency and outlines how we will deliver on promises made to our community in the 2021 Central Coast Council Water and Sewer IPART Pricing Proposal.

The Delivery Plan focuses on three key areas;

1.    Strengthening accountability to our community
2.    Ongoing customer and community engagement to better understand values and priorities and 
3.    Improvements to our asset and project management framework  

Central Coast Council Water and Sewer are committed to working closely with our community to better understand their values and ensuring those values drive our business outcomes and future performance.
