Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease 3 Laycock Street, Wyoming and Part of 463 Pacific Highway, Wyoming (also known as Lot 5 in DP624594 & Part Lot 1 in DP 707613). The land will be used for the purpose of a 'theatrical workshops, rehearsals, meetings, storage and other activities related to Gosford Musical Society'. The total term for which the land will be leased is 10 years and the land will be leased to Gosford Musical Society Inc.

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed licence arrangements, your submission should be in writing, and it should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council. Please quote the following reference number - F2020/00396.
