8-14 Balmoral Dr Gorokan

Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease 8-14 Balmoral Drive, Gorokan (also known as lot 55,56,57,58,60 in DP31970). The land will be used for the purpose of Operating a childcare centre for preschool age children.  The total term for which the land will be leased is 10 years and the land will be leased to Gorokan Preschool Incorporated.  

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed lease arrangements, your submission should be in writing, and it should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council. Please quote the following reference number – F2005/01752
