Small businesses owners and social enterprise start-ups on the Central Coast are invited to join in the conversation with like minds and create future connections and collaborations for their enterprise.

The second session of the ‘The Power Hour’ series, run by Central Coast Council in partnership with The Business Centre at The Smart Work Hub in Gosford, on Thursday 2 May, will allow local business owners to hear from:

  • Stephanie Moscovis, Communication and Marketing Manager at The Business Centre and founder of Idea Bombing Newcastle. Stephanie is an expert in understanding and working with innovation ecosystems and practice, and has successfully managed numerous projects in this area.
  • Linda Bergskas, Founder of Visionise, will share her journey as a mumpreneur and how she built a multinational operation that allows her to guide designers to success through sharing her knowledge of the fashion industry.

Mayor Jane Smith said the event brings together a creative exchange of valuable information and opportunities for local business owners.

“Being a business owner or social enterprise start-up can sometimes be lonely and challenging to navigate,” Mayor Smith said.

“This free event brings together a variety of expertise and talents to network, create meaningful connections and collaborative ventures, and initiate change within your business or start-up.

“The speakers will share their valuable insight, advice and knowledge to inspire, provide support and help develop ideas.”
