Council calls Extraordinary Meeting to appoint interim General Manager

Central Coast Council will hold an Extraordinary Meeting on Monday 15 January 2018 to appoint an interim General Manager following the resignation of current Chief Executive Officer Brian Bell.

Under the Local Government Act the Council’s governing body must appoint a person to be General Manager.

The Extraordinary Meeting will be held on Monday 15 January 2018 at the Wyong Chambers of Central Coast Council starting at 6.30pm.  The meeting will be open to the public and live streamed.

A further meeting will be held to appoint an agency to undertake recruitment for a permanent General Manager.  This process is expected to take at least three months.
