Registration of Health Premises
Use this form to register various types of regulated health premises including Hairdressers, Beauty Salons, Skin Penetration businesses, Swimming Pools and/or Public Spa Pools, and Cooling Towers / Warm Water Systems with Central Coast Council.
This form is to be completed and submitted to Council prior to operation of health premises or change of operator of the business.
There is no fee to register. A service fee may apply to inspections for regulated premises.
