Notification of minor amendment to the Central Coast Council Outdoor Trading Specification
A minor amendment has been made to the Central Coast Council Outdoor Trading Specification, which is now in force and available here. 
The minor amendment to the Outdoor Trading Specification removes the requirement for applicants to include an indemnity statement releasing Council of all related claims and actions related to the business. This requirement could not be met by applicants or their insurers.
The minor amendment to the Outdoor Trading Specification now requires further information about Central Coast Council as an interested party on the Public Liability Insurance.
These changes have been enforced through an amendment to Section 15 Insurance, clause 15.1 and by repealing clause 15.3.
