Library service disruptions due to maintenance

18/05/2022Toukley, Tuggerah, Kincumber, Lake Haven, Woy Woy and Bateau Bay libraries are undergoing maintenance and improvement works which require temporary closures at various times in May and June.
- Toukley Library will remain closed until Monday 6 June for the installation of a new roof and LED lighting.
- Tuggerah Library will be closed from 28-29 May for maintenance on the air conditioning across the building.
- Lake Haven Library – painting works will also be undertaken at Lake Haven library with exact timings to be scheduled. We will update this page once confirmed. The library will remain open during this work, however there may be some paint fumes and disruptions to some areas of the library. The nearest alternate library facility is Toukley Library.
- Over the next 4 weeks Kincumber Library will be repainted, both internally and externally, commencing on Monday 23 May. The library will remain open however there may be some paint fumes and disruptions to areas of the library. The nearest alternate library facility is Erina Library.
- Over the next 5 weeks Woy Woy Library will be repainted, both internally and externally, commencing on Monday 30 May. The library will remain open however there may be some paint fumes and disruptions to areas of the library. The nearest alternate library facility is Umina Beach Library.
- Bateau Bay Library will be closed from Tuesday 21 June until Tuesday 28 June while we undertake painting works. The after-hours return chute will remain open 24/7 during this period. The nearest alternate library facility is Tuggerah Library.
