The Phegans Bay Waterfront Masterplan is now open for exhibition. The plan outlines a staged approach to revitalising the foreshore while preserving its natural beauty and cultural heritage.

Thanks to the valuable feedback provided by the community in 2024, Council have developed a set of key goals in the masterplan to help unlock the potential of the waterfront.

Goals include: 

• Foreshore protection and restoration 
• Improved access 
• Enhanced recreational opportunities 
• Local heritage preservation 
• Stormwater and drainage management 
• Maintain the area’s unique qualities
