24/07/2025Gosford Regional Library nearly here!
A report on the status of the $32.7 million Gosford Regional Library was presented at the Council meeting this week.
Opening in early September to the community, this flagship building in Donnison Street Gosford is the culmination of many years of planning and engagement, resulting in a building which still offers everything a traditional library has (over 30,000 books!), as well as collaborative creative spaces, a recording studio, children’s reading space, an innovation hub, community meeting spaces and much more!
The $32.7m project is jointly funded with $7 million in Australian Government funding and Council’s collection of developer contributions, special levies (collected by former Gosford City Council) and Council funds restricted to this project.
Central Coast Regional Sports Complex – Tuggerah
A Council's Ordinary Meeting this week, Council adopted a Notice of Motion for a Report to come to Council in September, on the future development of Stage 2 of the Central Coast Regional Sports Complex (CCRSC).
