Not all transactions or applications can currently be made online, so please read the below information carefully to ensure your payment or application can be undertaken through our online services.

Payments
The unregistered payment portal allows you to make payments for a range of items without needing to login or create an account. You will need your Council issued invoice, payment or billing notice to use this portal.
Payments that can be made through this portal include-
Application payments
- Building certificates
- Construction certificates
- Complying development certificates
- Rezoning applications
- Tree works applications
Licence payments
- Inspection fees
- Licensing fees
Rates and water bills
- Property rates payments
- Water bill payments
Business and debtor invoices

Property certificate applications
In order to order property certificates, you must first register an account.

- Special Water Meter Reading

Development application portal
In order to order property certificates, you must first register an account.
Examples of the certificates you can apply for using the property application portal include-

Payments
Using the payment portal, you can pay the following without the need for a registered account –
- Property rate payments
- Water bill payments
- Debtor invoices
Please note- all sundry debtor invoices are now paid using the former Wyong Local Government Area payments portal. If you are having trouble paying a business account, please contact customer service for assistance.
Development lodgement and certificates
In order to lodge development applications of request the below certificates, you must first create an account in the eplanning portal.
Through the eplanning portal you can lodge the following applications-
- Development applications
- Amendment to existing development applications
- Construction certificate
- Complying development certificate
Property certificate requests
You will need to register for an eservices account in order to request certificates online.
Once registered with eservices you will be able to request the following certificates and information-
- Certificate 603
- Drainage Diagram
- Section 10.7 (2) Certificate
- Section 10.7 (2&5) Certificate
- Sewer Mains Diagram
- Water Meter Special Reading
