The Community Strategic Plan (CSP) is a 10-year roadmap that outlines the Central Coast community’s priorities, vision, and aspirations for the future.

The CSP guides the development of Council’s strategies and plans, including the Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Resourcing Strategy.

It also informs decision-making to ensure all progress aligns with community goals.
