To support the Get Active San Remo and Blue Haven initiative, Central Coast Gymnastics Academy are offering the following activities for the community:

Develop healthy minds and bodies for now and later life. Though fun and participation. Developing balance, co-ordination, muscular strength endurance, concentration & power.

FUN GYMNASTICS
4-7 YEAR OLDS 4 – 5pm DAILY

You can develop amazing skills while getting fit strong and flexible Learn Basic skills of landing, rolling and being upside-down. Develop balance, co-ordination. Watch your child go from cartwheels to confidence with lots of fun & exercise along the way.

Our Gymnastics program for primary schoolers has been specially designed to help your child channel their boundless energy and reach developmental milestones.

FUN GYMNASTICS
7-8 YEAR OLDS 5 – 6pm DAILY

Every child learns and develops at their own pace. Our Gymnastics classes give your child the chance to tackle new challenges at their own skill level. Celebrated with cheers and high-fives, each new achievement leads to newfound confidence, determination and a desire to continue improving. Building self esteem with every milestone

FUN GYMNASTICS
9+ YEAR OLDS 6 – 7pm Mon, Tue, Thur
