To support the Get Active San Remo and Blue Haven initiative, Lake Haven Recreation Centre Gym are offering the following activities for the community:

Active Over-5o's is a targeted fitness program for the over 50s – each day involves a mixture of strength / resistance, cardio, mobility / stability-based exercise. 

Cost - $18.50 concession or $22.50 adult (see reception for payment and a pass)
