Under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993-Section 47, Central Coast Council is required to give Public Notice for a proposed lease over part of the land at 43 Algwen Road, North Gosford (Also known as 38 Algwen Road, NORTH GOSFORD) for a term of five (5) years to Optus Mobile Pty Limited

Permitted use: For the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a telecommunications network and telecommunications service
