Under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993-Section 47(a), Central Coast Council is required to give Public Notice for a proposed lease over Ettalong Beach Village, at 1-3 Fassifern Street Ettalong Beach, for a term of three (3) years to INA Operations Pty Limited.

Permitted use: Operation of a caravan park in accordance with the Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act.
