17/04/2023Council’s Draft Plan of Management (POM) for Council Community Land was on public exhibition from 20 December 2022 to 1 March 2023.
The Draft POM covers more than 2000 parcels of community land.
More than 340 submissions have been received in response to the public exhibition process. The matters raised in submissions will be considered via a report to Council at the meeting of 26 April 2023.
A total of 5 public hearings were also held as part of the community consultation process. These public hearings were held at Wyong (2 sessions), The Entrance, Erina and Woy Woy.
The finalised public hearing report has been received by Council and is provided on Council’s web site in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act.
