Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 that Central Coast Council intends to offer a lease to the following for a period of five years:

• 3 Villages Community Group Incorporated – Saratoga Community Hall, 15-17 Kyeema Avenue, Saratoga 2251, Lot 21 DP 15501 and Lot 22 DP 15501   Permitted Use: Community based programs, activities and services supporting the local community
